Jaclyn Clement

Dr. Clement graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Biology, concentration in pre-veterinary medicine in 2004. After graduation, Dr. Clement worked as a veterinary assistant at Monongahela Animal Hospital, in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. In the summer of 2005, she joined the staff of PVAH as a treatment technician and worked up until her admittance into veterinary school in 2007. Dr. Clement attended the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and received her DVM degree in May of 2011. After 3 years in private practice, she rejoined the staff at PVAH as an associate veterinarian. Dr. Clement has a special interest in surgery, internal and preventative medicine.

She and her husband Mark have now permanently settled in the Lynchburg area with their dog, cats, and horse. In Dr. Clement’s spare time she enjoys showing her horse, Fan Club, with the South Western Virginia Hunter Jumper Association, running in local 5K races, and spending time with her family and friends.
