Dr. Pasternak graduated from the University of Findlay with a B.S. in Biology and Animal Science, and minor in Chemistry in 2019. Dr. Pasternak attended the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and received her DVM in 2023. She enjoys aiding in behavior modification, ultrasound, and hopes to grow her skills in rehabilitation. 

She moved from Ohio to Virginia in 2023 with her fiancée, Herman, two dogs, Riot and Tucker, and cat, Riggins. They bought a property in the George Washington National forest and enjoy hiking, hunting, and gardening.
