Dr. Maxham graduated from NC State’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She served as a consultant for a wildlife rehabilitation center and worked in a small animal practice in Durham before joining Peaks View Animal Hospital in August 2014. She lives in Lynchburg with her husband, Tom, and kids, Caleb and Nora. They have a fun group of dogs and cats. When she’s not working or spending time with her family, she can usually be found riding her bike around Lynchburg.
